Do you see how the sender has used an email address that ends in irs.gov so that it looks official?  And how they put the irs web address at the bottom as the link that you are supposed to click?  These people are very good at what they do.  Please, please, please, PLEASE consult with a tax professional or with the IRS before you ever give out your personal information to somebody who calls, emails, or writes you asking for your personal information.  It never hurts to check it out!
